Achenkirch Tracks Map

!The Achensee 5*cross-country skiing region has one of Austria's largest and best-groomed network of cross-country skiing tracks.

201 kilometers of well-groomed cross-country skiing tracks, many of them four-lane. Winter season 1999/2000 saw the opening of Achenkirch´s completely redisgned network of tracks with an overall length of 58 kilometers.

Apart from traditional tracks, there now are parallel skating tracks along the whole length -- beginners or advanced cross-country skiers, everybody will find a tour to their ability.

The "Millenium 2000 Achenkirch" cross-country skiing tracks system was designed by Finnish sports scientist and cross-country skiing expert Torsti Kinnula.
